Polyurethane screens-modular

Polyurethane screens, similarly to rubber screens, are an alternative for metal screens. They are abrasion-resistant and lack of corrosion. Self-cleaning effect and cone-shaped mesh allows increased effectiveness and noise reduction make work more comfortable. They are specially recommended for “wet” work types.

Material:Polyurethane elastomer Type-A and Type-B; hardness 45-95Sh, additional steel reinforcement.

Mesh:0,25-160,0 mm (square or longitudinal, regular and passed system)

Thickness:30-60 mm

Dimensions:Standard for internal modules305 x 305 mm,610 x 305 mm, 300 x 1000 mm, for external ones according to sorting machine’s size.
